This is the Dawson Ranch Sunroom / Scotch & Cigar Bar Established January, 2026 Here are some of the cool things we baked into this cookie: To get rid of that nasty cigar smell, we have 4 - 400CFM Exhaust Fans in the ceiling, on timers We have a ceiling fan that keeps the air moving We have a very High-Tech Fireplace that keep the place at a steady temp We have 8 small, high intensity can lights on a dimmer We have awesome tunes - Speakers mounted in the ceiling, and killer subwoofer. All JBL except the Polk center unit. 55" TV to watch Landman or the Super Bowl sans Bad Bunny, w/TPUSA
